1) Program Nature and Scope

From Unseen to Unleashed is a faith-based coaching and formation container designed to support identity development, spiritual growth, and voice activation (speaking/singing/leadership). Coaching is educational and spiritual in nature.

It is not therapy, medical care, mental health treatment, legal advice, or financial advice. If you need professional support, please seek a qualified professional.

Results vary based on participation, personal circumstances, and willingness to do the work. You are responsible for your choices and outcomes.

2) Enrollment and Access

Upon successful enrollment:

You will receive a confirmation email and instructions to access the program via the Higher Plain platform (MasterMind).

Access may include session links, community space, replays, and any downloadable resources included in your enrollment level.

We reserve the right to update programme materials, session schedules, and delivery formats when needed to serve the group well, while maintaining the core promise of the offer.

3) Payment Options & Currency

Payment options may include Pay in Full and/or a Payment Plan. All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Any currency conversion fees charged by your bank/payment provider are your responsibility.

4) Payment Plan Terms (Important)

If you choose a payment plan:

You authorize the scheduled payments to be charged automatically according to the plan selected.

A payment plan is a commitment to the full pathway investment, not a month-to-month subscription.

Failed or missed payments

If a scheduled payment fails, you will be notified and asked to update your payment method.

You have 10 days from the failed payment notice to bring your account current.

If payment is not resolved within 10 days, we reserve the right to pause or remove access to program materials, live sessions, and community until your account is current.

If non-payment continues beyond the grace period, we may terminate participation while still holding the participant responsible for the remaining balance.

Early discontinuation

If you stop participating or choose to withdraw, you remain responsible for completing the payment plan balance.

5) Refund Policy (48-Hour Grace Period)

Because this coaching container includes reserved space in a live cohort and may include immediate access to materials and community, refunds are limited.

You have a 48-hour grace period from the time of purchase to request a refund. Refund requests must be made in writing to the support email listed below.

After the 48-hour grace period ends, all sales are final and refunds are not provided.

6) Cancellation / Withdrawal Policy

If you choose to withdraw from the program after enrolling:

You may notify us in writing.

Your access ends upon withdrawal (including access to the platform, community, replays, and resources).

If you are on a payment plan, you remain responsible for any outstanding balance.

7) Missed Sessions and Replays

Live sessions are held at scheduled times. If you miss a session:

Replays will be provided technology permitting.

Missed sessions are not guaranteed to be made up privately.

Coaching support is delivered primarily through the structure of the program, not through unlimited 1:1 access.

8) Community Guidelines: Spiritual Safety and Confidentiality

To protect the sanctity of this space, participants agree to:

Maintain confidentiality of personal stories shared by others

Speak with honor, respect, and maturity

Avoid harassment, discrimination, gossip, or disruption

Allow differences of experience without judgment

We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behavior compromises the safety or integrity of the group. In such cases, refunds may not be provided.

9) Intellectual Property

All materials (teachings, frameworks, worksheets, recordings, meditations, audio/video content) are the intellectual property of Higher Plain unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, distribute, resell, reproduce, or publicly share materials without written permission.

10) Recording Notice

Live sessions will be recorded for participant access. By enrolling, you consent to being on a recorded call. Given the nature of this pathway, you are encouraged to have your camera on. However, if you prefer not to be on camera or speak during recordings, you may participate via chat or keep your camera off. Recordings are for enrolled participants only and may not be shared.

11) Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you have a concern about billing, please contact us first so we can resolve it. Initiating a chargeback while you have access to the program, materials, or community is considered a violation of these terms and may result in immediate removal from the program.
